Infants can slide or fall out of the seats, which can result in severe injuries. So far, there have been more than 80 reports of injuries associated with Bumbo baby seats, according to the CPSC website.
These defective products were sold nationwide at retailers including Sears, Target, Toys R Us, USA Babies, Walmart and other stores as well as through online retailers.
