An accident that occurred in Lauderdale County, Alabama left one dead and one critically injured. The accident occurred on the Alabama 207 and was between a vehicle and two bicyclists.

One of the cyclists, a 40-year-old named James Keith Green was struck so violently by the vehicle that he was killed. The other cyclist, 38-year-old Mannon Rogers, was critically injured and rushed to Huntsville Hospital. His injuries have escalated from critical to serious.

So far, Alabama State Troopers haven’t decided whether they’ll file charges and are investigating if there was negligence on the part of the driver.
